With years of experience and a deep passion for ashtanga vinyasa yoga, I bring a unique and personalized approach to each class. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, my aim is to meet you where you are and help you grow in and from your practice.

In my mentorship program, we will work together to identify your goals, create a personalized plan for your growth, and implement strategies to help you achieve success. We will cover topics such as sequencing, alignment, cueing, class management, pedagogy, online presence, marketing, yoga philosophy and your role, goals and passion as a yoga teacher.
