As a yoga teacher, I aim to meet you where you are on each practice, and support you through it. I am a firm believer that growth happens outside of your comfort zone, so trust that I will always encourage you to explore the edges of it! As your yoga teaching mentor, I'll give you the tools you need to improve and sharpen your teaching skills so you can support your students on their yoga journey. Since 2014, I’ve worked with clients and students in order to achieve their goals and in all aspects of life.
