About Me

Hey there! My name is Victoria and I am a devoted ashtanga yoga practicioner as well as teacher. 

I have been a full-time yoga teacher since 2014 and a student of many amazing yoga teachers, such as Ann-Sophie Sjöblom, Louisa Sear, Petri Räisinen, Lisa Lahler and Stefano Allegri. I also have a certification as a spiritual coach from the magical Sanne Aronsson.

I have a very special passion and ability for helping others find and ignite their inner fire. My mission is to guide you to growth in all areas of your life, and help you embrace your own great power so you can be the best, strongest and most grounded version of yourself.

In 2013, I embarked on a new journey in life that would change everything. I unexpectedly discovered yoga, and I instinctively knew it was meant to me. I have since used yoga as my number one tool to develop my body, mind and soul, and I've taught it to others in several different countries, in yoga studios, festivals, corporates, and online. I opened and managed my own yoga studio in Stockholm Sweden, before I embarked on my next big adventure in 2022: moving from my hometown Stockholm, to San Diego, California to start a whole new life with my husband, Aaron. We now own and manage our own studio space, Playgrounded, in Carlsbad. Playgrounded is a studio we offer to facilitators of all sort in the wellness area to rent and conduct their own business. Our mission is to create a space and community where we all help and support each other to grow in our businesses and brands. This is also where you find me and my yoga classes.

I am a person who values courage and authenticity highly. I value being true to yourself and not necessarily conforming to societal norms. I enjoy helping others find the same courage and confidence to be themselves, and stand tall in who they truly are, what they want to do and where they want to be. I have dealt with anxiety and the feeling of not "fitting in" since childhood, which gives me a unique perspective and the ability to relate to others who are struggling to find their place in the world while staying true to themselves. Helping others discover their true potential is my passion, and what I do best.
